Story
I’ve signed up to take on a Half Ironman challenge — something that seriously pushes me outside my comfort zone — and I’m doing it for an amazing cause: Ruben’s Retreat.
I wanted to set myself an incredible personal goal, one that requires dedication, resilience, and a lot of hard work. Training for this event isn’t easy, but knowing I’m doing it while raising money for such an amazing charity gives every early morning and tough session real meaning.
Ruben’s Retreat provides vital support to families during their darkest times, offering care, compassion, and hope when it’s needed most. By taking on this challenge, I hope to not only prove to myself what’s possible, but also to help make a positive difference to the lives of others.
